challenge with the market set to be flooded with imports following the
country''s accession to the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) treaty.
Two of Viet Nam''s biggest listed garment companies have reported
positive results in the first nine months of this year, foreshadowing
perhaps a bright future for the country''s textile industry under the
potential Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement.
Domestic garment companies are looking forward to growth in production
and business in 2015 because of positive developments in Vietnamese
garment exports by year-end.
More than 200 textile and garment companies are marketing their products
and services to both domestic and international customers at the Viet
Nam Fashion Fair that opened last Friday in HCM City.
